- Led Altus through an IPO in 2005 and a 7-year growth period during which the company realized a 333% increase in revenues from $75M to approximately $325M.
- Holds a fellowship designation in the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

Jim Albertelli
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
- Built a multi-state creditors’ rights law practice (ALAW) representing both institutional and private lenders throughout the loan lifecycle from origination to asset reclamation and collection.
- Built and sold the first distressed asset auction website, PREO.com, and REDC.com now known as Auction.com.
- Created and built an online mortgage and servicing company PREO Mortgage and sold to Cerberus Capital Management.
- Created and built a national title, escrow, and closing company in Brightline Title.
- Developed multiple technology platforms that continue to support real estate investors and servicers, including InfoEx, Oversite, and BestX.

Marty Haldane
Director
Mr. Haldane is the President of Appraisers Now, Ltd. o/a Anow, which was acquired by the Company in 2021. Mr. Haldane started his career as a software developer, and then joined his family’s real estate appraisal firm in 2004, where he performed both commercial and residential appraisals for ten years. He is a technology advocate and entrepreneur who founded Anow with a vision and passion to transform and modernize appraisals and lending with technology. Mr. Haldane grew Anow to a platform that works with thousands of appraisers and manages millions of appraisal transactions in more than 60 countries. Mr. Haldane remains the President of Anow and leads the Company’s Valuation operations.
Michael (Mike) Harris
lead Director
Mr. Harris is the President of his own consulting firm, Steane Consulting Ltd., and, in this capacity, acts as a consultant to various Canadian companies, including Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP. From 1981 to 2002, Mr. Harris served as Member of Provincial Parliament for the riding of Nipissing. From 1995 to 2002, he served as Ontario’s twenty-second Premier. Mr. Harris serves as a Director on several private and public boards, including Canaccord Genuity Group Inc., Chartwell Retirement Residences, and Route1 Inc., and is the former Chair of Magna International Inc. He also sits on the advisory boards of several private equity funds, including EnerTech and Beringer Capital. Mr. Harris received his ICD.D certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors in 2005. Mr. Harris is also a Senior Fellow with The Fraser Institute, a leading Canadian economic, social research and education organization.
James Kelsey

Mr. Kelsey is currently an independent businessman. Mr. Kelsey has over fifty years in the financial services industry. He is an exemplary leader with diverse experience ranging from retail banking at the start of his career to commercial banking and corporate finance at the C-Suite level. Jim led the start-up of the Corporate Finance Division for Bank of Montreal, and most recently served as Vice Chairman, North American Commercial Banking, Bank of Montreal. He currently sits on the Board of a private company and is on the Advisory Board for a Canadian Family Office.
Grant Moon
Director
Grant obtained extensive experience in management, sales, marketing, e-commerce, and strategic partnerships working in multiple roles at American Express and Hersha a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust. He started his career serving in the US Army and worked in numerous leadership capacities achieving the rank of Major.
Upon returning from a tour of duty in Iraq, Grant realized the value of homeownership with his VA Home Loan Benefits. Through Grant’s mortgage and real estate experience he encountered firsthand the need for the Home Captain platform of integrating the two most important parties of the homebuying transaction, the loan officer, and the Realtor®.
Grant has an MS in Technology Management from Columbia University, MBA from Babson College, and a BS from Endicott College. Grant is a proud veteran of the Global War on Terror and a Bronze Star Recipient. Grant is also featured in HousingWire 2019 Rising Star.
Joseph (Joe) Murin
Director
Mr. Murin is currently the Chairman Emeritus of Chrysalis Holdings LLC, a premier investment company focussed on building and growing successful businesses within the financial services, technology and business analytics industries. He is also currently the Chairman of JJAM Financial Services LLC, a company that he founded, which focusses on consultative services in the residential real estate and financial services industry. Mr. Murin is the former Chairman of The Collingwood Group LLP, which he co-founded in 2009 with Brian Montgomery, the former U.S. Federal Housing Administration Commissioner. Prior to co-founding the Collingwood Group, Mr. Murin was President of the Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie May), after being nominated to this position by President Bush and confirmed by the Senate in June 2008. Under his leadership, Ginnie May continued to provide much-need liquidity to the industry as it grew its portfolio from US$350 billion to US$840 billion.
Christy Soukhamneut

Ms. Soukhamneut has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry and is currently the Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff, Director of Mortgage Strategic Initiatives at Flagstar Bank. Prior to her time at Flagstar, she led top performing sales teams for a mid-sized IMB. She currently serves or has served on a wide variety of committees for the Home Builders Association, The Board of Realtors, and the Mortgage Banker’s Association. She currently sits on the board of Beneath the Surface Foundation, an organization founded by special operations veterans dedicated to combating the negative impacts of combat on the mental health of those who served.
Mark Volosov
Director
Mr. Volosov is the Chief Executive Officer of Sage Residential Management, LLC. Prior to taking on the current role at Sage, Mark was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager within the securitized assets investment team at a large asset manager. He had a primary focus on structuring investments in non-agency mortgage securities, mortgage servicing rights (MSR’s), mortgage loans, esoteric structured products and day-to-day operations of a REIT. Prior to his time at the asset manager, Mr. Volosov spent six years as a Senior Vice President at Specialized Loan Servicing LLC, where he managed the full cycle of mortgage servicing rights acquisitions and sales, negotiated advance financing transactions and as a part of the business development team, was responsible for the day-to-day management of whole loan owners, monolines and various national bank clients.
Ray Williams
Director
Mr. Williams is a financial services executive with more than 35 years of experience in Global Capital Markets. His expertise is in debt capital markets and has held leadership roles in marketing, trading, risk advisory and execution as well as securitization. Drawing on his achievements within major financial institutions in the London and Toronto markets and in various trading, sales and management capacities, Mr. Williams currently holds the position of Managing Director and Vice Chairman, Financial Markets at National Bank Financial, one of the top six investment dealers in Canada. In this role, he is responsible for facilitating engagements with strategic accounts, working closely within financial markets to promote the bank’s “One Mission” synergistic approach. Mr. Williams is committed to community engagement, in particular in the area of diversity and inclusion efforts. He serves on leadership boards for various organizations, including 100Strong Foundation, and is a Past and Founding President (2000) and continuing member of The Canadian Association of Urban Financial Professionals (CAUFP). Mr. Williams also completed and obtained his ICD.D designation (Institute of Corporate Directors certification) from the Institute of Corporate Directors in conjunction with The Rotman School of Management in 2012.
